Are you using Google Forms because it is the best approach, or because it is familiar?
Google Forms and Microsoft Forms are designed for quick surveys. They are not designed to produce the structured, evidentially robust stakeholder engagement data that the DfE governance guides, Ofsted, and your governing body all expect.
The DfE governance guides require governing bodies to have access to "objective, high quality and timely data" and to "validate and cross-reference the data provided by the executive leadership." A collection of disconnected Google Forms does not meet that standard. A structured stakeholder engagement system does.
