Is the ballot really secret?
For any election you can enable a true secret ballot, where a voter's identity is never linked to their vote, even in the audit log. This is the right setting for staff forum, representative and trustee elections. For surveys and recognition polls you can run an open vote instead. You choose per vote.
Does it support STV and other formal voting methods?
Yes. Single transferable vote, instant runoff and first-past-the-post are all built in, which is exactly what employee representative bodies, member organisations and pension trustee elections need. The Election Wizard helps you choose and configure the right method.
Can we reach remote and shift workers?
Yes. Employees vote on any device, in the office, at home or on shift. Automated invitations and reminders go out by email so participation is not limited to people at a desk. This is usually the single biggest driver of higher turnout.
How does it handle employee data and security?
