At Choice Voting we work with organisations of all sizes, from the smallest volunteer groups to the largest membership organisations. We want our platform to be affordable and effective for anyone who needs to hold an election. We’re making voting greener (and more cost effective) by removing the need for paper and postal services for our clients, and by using sophisticated hosting for our servers. And, above all, we want every one of our clients to feel supported and confident that they can create their election quickly and easily.

Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a part time social media and marketing expert to join the team within Choice Voting This is an opportunity to join a growing team in an exciting period of transformation where you will be at the forefront of shaping how the business creates effortless voting experiences for our clients

Hours: Part time, 16 hours per week, working flexible two full days between Monday and Friday (Although flexible)

Salary: £12.24 per hour

Core responsibilities will include:

  • familiar and confident with various marketing techniques, including digital and social media
  • experienced in writing and speaking clearly
  • someone who puts people first, and understands why great customer service matters
  • good at solving problems, and able to work on your own initiative.
  • Helping Marketing to shape short, mid, and long term campaign planning and strategy.
  • Experience in campaign building and execution using marketing automation tools.
  • Skilled in working with IT
  • Able to find where our customers are, and communicate important messages to them
  • Not shy with a camera
  • Manage engaging and compelling demos
  • Create engaging and inventive campaigns, case studies and posts.

Additional Information

Qualifications

Nice to have:

  • Experience in voting systems
  • Prior Education Services industry experience.
  • Experience with Wordpress
