- Is it free to try Choice Voting?
- Yes. You can register and launch a process with up to 5 participants completely free. It is a perfect way to test the platform before committing.
- Do I have to enter my credit or debit card details?
- No. Registering is free and processes with up to 5 participants are free to launch. You will only need to provide payment details when your process has more than 5 participants and is ready for launching.
- Is it possible to pay on invoice basis?
- Yes, we offer invoice arrangements for verified organisations. Just indicate at sign up that you would like to be considered for this option, or get in touch with us to discuss your requirements.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards. For annual licence plans we can also issue an invoice payable by bank transfer.
- Am I tied into a contract?
- No. With pay-as-you-go, you only pay for what you use and can close your account at any time. Annual licences run for 12 months and can be renewed or cancelled at the end of the term.
- What is the difference between pay-as-you-go and an annual licence?
- Pay-as-you-go charges per process based on participant numbers, ideal for occasional use. An annual licence gives you unlimited processes and participants for 12 months, better value if you run multiple processes per year.
