About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Engagement and Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This multifaceted role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a keen eye for detail.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential new customers by researching and creating database entries. You will also be the first point of contact for our existing customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our services. Additionally, you will manage our social media presence, engaging with our online community and promoting our brand.

Experience working with schools and school governance teams is highly valued, as this role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the education sector. The ability to research potential customers, coupled with excellent data handling and recording skills, is essential

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Research: Identify and research potential customers, particularly within the education sector, with a focus on schools and school governance teams.
  • Database Management: Create, maintain, and update customer database entries with precision, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Customer Support: Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and engage with our social media channels to enhance our online presence.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Use LinkedIn Sales Manager and other tools to connect with prospects, enhancing our outreach efforts and building relationships.
  • Experience in campaign building and execution using marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in Adword campaigns, and optimising campaigns
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with outreach campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and content creation.
  • Not shy with a camera
  • Data Analysis: Track and report on customer engagement metrics, social media performance, and other relevant data to inform strategy.
  • Create engaging and inventive campaigns, case studies and posts.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research on potential customers, identifying opportunities for engagement and ensuring accurate data entry.

Additional Information

Qualifications

  • Experience in voting systems a strong advantage
  • Prior Education governance experience a strong advantage
  • Experience with Wordpress
  • Experience in Adword campaigns required.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with CRM software and database management.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and creating, scheduling and managing content creation.
  • Experience working with schools and school governance teams is a valued priority.
  • Ability to research potential customers with precision, and manage data effectively.
  • Excellent data handling and recording skills.
